Data used by Welbeo
Welbeo processes account and profile information supplied by practitioners, reservation details supplied by clients, service and availability information, and messages sent to support. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and are not stored by Welbeo.
Why the data is used
- To authenticate accounts and operate practitioner profiles.
- To create, manage and communicate about reservations.
- To provide requested product features and customer support.
- To secure, diagnose and improve the service.
Sharing and public information
Published practitioner profile content is public. Reservation information is shared only with the relevant client and practitioner and with service providers needed to operate the feature, such as hosting, database, email or payment providers. Welbeo does not use transactional reservation messages as marketing campaigns.

To request access, correction or deletion, or to ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. We may need to verify the requester before acting and may retain records where required for security or legal obligations.
